SINGAPORE, October 18th 2021 - Shipfix Technologies S.A.S ("Shipfix"), an independent collaborative platform and data community delivering groundbreaking AI-enabled tools for the maritime, commodity and trade sectors, announce further investment and the launch of their Asia office in Singapore.
Paul Meredith has been named Head of Asia with responsibility for delivering Shipfix’s innovative solutions to locally support our regional customers and the vibrant maritime and trade community of charterers, operators and shipbrokers across the region. In addition, the latest innovations in alternative data insights for trade will be made available to the economic and financial community.
Paul Meredith is a well regarded and successful business leader who has more than 15 years of senior leadership experience across shipping, financial markets and technology. He has been doing business across Asia from his Singapore base since 2009; launching the regional office of an innovative SaaS business in his last position as General Manager Asia & Middle East for Damstra Technology (ASX: DTC). Here his major customers included energy companies, miners, shipyards and ports. Prior to this Paul Meredith was a Dirty Tanker Broker with Howe Robinson Partners.
